In alliance with UAF and its allies RNS has begun its invasion of CEC. It starts its attack on the south-western border of the territory. The CEC slightly weakened from months of war and Spain goes full force into the land. All of this happening in response to the conflict […]

World in Conflict – LEGO

This is a relic post. (Content pre-blog) World in Conflict was a LEGO collaboration in which builders were given different countries then told to make armies, weapons, and scenes showcasing the interactions between countries. Political drama was manufactured and builders found ways to represent what was happening in this fictional universe. Learn more about WiC here: https://www.flickr.com/groups/wic-2067 Late last night the dormant Spanish nation has allied with UAF with the recent turmoil between the UAF and NSA. This is likely […]

NinjaGO

This is a relic post. (Content pre-blog) A dojo deep within the mountains. In this dojo NinjaGo practice their Spinjitzu in peace and harmony… or can they? Assembling all of these Ninja ideas into one creation. Loads of fun to build and I’m really happy with the final outcome. Originally I was hoping to have it done for CCCVIII, but time didn’t permit. I do like the LEGO playset style it has though. AfroNinja by Powerpig. Not really NinjaGo, but […]

Police Cruiser

This is a relic post. (Content pre-blog) This model was created for a contest where contestants are sent several of an extremely unique LEGO piece to then create MOCs with inventive uses for the odd piece. A small two-seater police cruiser for Inspectors of the Space Police force. The idea was to somehow include this part and I feel I used it successfully while creating a well-rounded vehicle.

Colossal Castle Contest 8

This is a relic post. (Content pre-blog) Inspired by the works of M.C. Escher only in LEGO castle! An entry into CCCVIII. I have a few other entries as well that I hope to upload soon. Maybe I’ll rephotograph. I’m not completely sold on how it turned out. Based on the legend written by T.H. White in which Arthur brings Excalibur to his nervous step-brother Sir Kay because he has forgotten to bring his sword to the tournament. Sir Ector […]

Noir

This is a relic post. (Content pre-blog) Made for THAC 8 (Twenty-Four Hour Animation Contest) which took place this weekend. Voting hasn’t started yet, but as soon as the entire contest is over I’ll be sure to let you guys know how it went. You can follow how the actual contest went on Twitter. Lots of things I learned from this film. I also want to release as black and white version later (to better fit Noir criteria), but for […]

LEGO Movie Scenes

This is a relic post. (Content pre-blog) It’s moments like these when you begin to evaluate your life. Inspired by the Pharaoh’s Quest line, but since I don’t actually have any of the sets I’m left to settle with a Indian Jones counterpart busting from a cave in flames with skeletons chasing behind. View the Full Gallery. Built back when the Harry Potter movie was first released. I’ve had it sitting on my desktop for a little while and I […]

Modern House

This is a relic post. (Content pre-blog) After funksway I wanted to continue building creations that had a modern aesthetic. The next place I thought to take it was outdoors with this modern design house. The creation would go on to be featured on the Brothers-Brick. I think I took my modern art photographs to an entire new level. I really like how it all turned out though. To many different inspiration shots behind this to point out one. See […]

VV – Police Interceptor

This is a relic post. (Content pre-blog) A large fighter used for transport of dangerous criminals. Probably my only build for the Vic Viper event since I’ve got so many other builds in the process. You’ll see those later though. In the mean time view the Full Gallery (When Public)

Outpost & Fort

This is a relic post. (Content pre-blog) Pirates hoist the colors on the shore of a well-armed pirate fort. Yes the fort has an interior which can be seen in the BrickShelf Gallery. And yes its the larger version of this. An small outpost in the middle of nowhere with a small community. Originally inspired by 6244 Armada Sentry, but it took a turn in a different direction and I’m happy with it. I encourage you to view the Full […]
