In my third week participating in the Dribbble Weekly Warm-Ups the challenge was to create a Playing Card. I started with the idea to do an Iron Man themed ace card however I ended up illustrating Avengers for the Ace of each suit. I think they turned out great for warm-ups and I even ended up producing some additional compositions using the illustrations I created during the warm-up. And here are those compositions I had mentioned above.

I’ve been participating in the Weekly Warm-Ups hosted by Dribbble and I feel as though I’ve been able to create some nice illustrations as a result. The first week I started the warm-ups, the challenge was to create something creepy. My entry was came together in a couple hours and I’m fairly happy with the result. The next weeks challenge was to create a stamp for a place you would like to visit. I chose Japan.

Been on a bit of a kick illustrating. I’ve just had a great time experimenting with different styles and this time is no exception. For a series of social media posts I created this illustrations that give a lo-fi version of our products with some details highlighted. It was fun to get my mockups of the different products and then simplify their overall aesthetic while still maintaining the overall concept of the product.

I started a Dribbble account the other day and was invited to be a player. Members of the Dribbble community typically create a debut image showing their excitement to be a player on the court. I was able to quickly illustrate the image and had a pretty clear vision of what I wanted to do when I started out which made it much easier. Animating it on the other hand was another story. For this Halloween the office dog Bruce Wayne went as Batman. Seems about right. Anyway since I’m a pretty big fan of comics I found a panel of one I could Photoshop Bruce into. Save to say I was extremely happy with the result. There were several variations, but I’ll just share the one we used for now.

May the towing force be with you! I created this as a May the 4th be with event for Star Wars. I’m a huge fan of Star Wars so getting to work it into my work schedule was awesome.
