Winner of Best Individual Layout at BrickWorld 2018, titled Pirate Castle. Over a year in the making this tower measures 4ft tall, 4ft long, and 2ft wide not including ships or water. And as far as number of pieces… well… good luck counting.
BrickWorld 2018
This creation was a little over a year in the making, started around May 2017. After dozens of hours and orders from BrickLink it was finally completed in June of 2018. This creation debuted at BrickWorld 2018! The event went great and this took home Best Individual Layout under the name ‘Battle’. The event itself was awesome and I want to say thank you to all the event staff as well for a great show! I also have a longer write up available on my blog.

This creation went on to be featured on the Brothers Brick, a blog dedicated to sharing the best LEGO creations, and I did and interview about my creation for Beyond the Brick. This full interview is available on Youtube. I had tried to come up with a title and better backstory for the creation, but at the end of the day I just wanted to complete a massive tower that had lights and motors built in.
